KUALITAS PELAYANAN TAHANAN DI CABANG RUMAH TAHANAN KOMISI PEMBERANTASAN KORUPSI SERVICE QUALITY BRANCH HOUSE IN CUSTODY IN COMBATING CORRUPTION COMMISSION OF PRISONERS

Abstract

Commission is a government agency specifically has a role to eradicating corruption. Not only that, the Commission also has a House of Detention (Rutan), specifically to confine the corrupt like the crease in Guntur and Rutan in Kuningan. Corruptor KPK detained at the detention center must be treated in accordance with applicable regulations based on legislation. Assuming that most of the criminals are public officials who have great financial strength and extensive network, so it is possible there will be a lobby and negotiations related to the services provided by the branch of the crease at the Commission on the prisoners. Of the phenomenon, the problem can be formulated that is how the quality of custody services in the crease KPK Branch. The purpose of the study was to determine the services to inmates at the crease KPK Branch. Methods The study was descriptive with approach qualitative, Knives analysis using the Theory of Public Service (New Public Service) of RB Denhart & JV Denhart, which expresses the principle of measuring the Quality of Service includes 8 elements, namely, Convinience, Reliability, Reliability Personal Attention, Fairness, Problem solving Approach, Citizen Influence and Security. This study resulted in several findings that detainees in service quality and Detention Branch KPK is still good and still very closed to the public. The conclusion of this study is a branch of the crease at the Commission has its own rules in serving prisoners who can not be intervened by anyone but themselves. It is certainly not in accordance with the principles of quality of service proposed by Denhart & Denhart.
