WARGA NEGARA INDONESIA PENDUKUNG ISIS DALAM PERSPEKTIF GLOBALISASI VERSUS NASIONALISME

Abstract


Tulisan ini menguraikan bagaimana globalisasi telah  secara masif menggerus (undermine) identitas dan nasionalisme sebagian warganegara Indonesia. Hal ini berhubungan dengan bergabungnya sekelompok WNI menjadi pendukung ISIS di Iraq dan Suriah menjadi polemik di dalam negeri Indonesia baru-baru ini.  Nasionalisme Indonesia yang  telah  dibangun sejak 1945 berada dalam ancaman ketika serangan globalisasi berkelindan (intertwined)  dengan persoalan-persoalan domestik yang  menyebabkan  alienasi dan marginalisasi  sekelompok masyarakat.
