Updated Resistensi Antibiotik: Dari Pre Klinik Hingga Aplikasi Klinik Tenaga Kesehatan

Abstract


Penyalahgunaan dan penggunaan antibiotik yang berlebihan menyebabkan meningkatnya prevalensi resistensi antibiotik. Dokter, perawat, bidan, dan tenaga kefarmasian berperan penting dalam memberikan informasi dan edukasi penggunaan antibiotik kepada masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai penggunaan dan resistensi antibiotik. Kegiatan dimulai dengan memberikan pre-test kepada partisipan, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi mengenai update resistensi antibiotik oleh narasumber dan kemudian diberikan post-test. Hasil uji wilcoxon, diketahui p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, serta ada kenaikan nilai mean pre test sebesar 68.44 menjadi 82.34 pada post test. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai resistensi antibiotik.
