Faktor Risiko pada Kesintasan Pasien Geriatri dengan COVID-19 di RS Urip Sumoharjo Bandarlampung
Abstract
COVID-19 adalah penyakit pernapasan oleh SARS-CoV-2, virus corona varian baru yang ditemukan tahun 2019. Pasien COVID-19 dapat mengalami sakit berat ataupun meninggal pada usia berapapun karena beratnya penyakit dipengaruhi oleh kondisi medis dan usia pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor risiko yang memengaruhi kesintasan pasien geriatri COVID-19, mengingat usia lanjut diketahui sebagai salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya manifestasi klinis yang berat bahkan kematian. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian analitik potong lintang, Sampel diambil secara purposive non-random sampling dari data rekam medis pasien geriatri COVID-19 di RS Urip Sumoharjo Bandarlampung periode 2021. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan metode chi-square, independent t-test, dan logistic regression menggunakan aplikasi olah data SPSS. Hasil penelitian dari 125 pasien COVID-19 berusia 60 tahun ke atas, diketahui sebanyak 48,8% meninggal. Melalui analisis bivariat, didapatkan beberapa faktor yang bermakna (p-value <0,05) terhadap kesintasan pasien geriatri COVID-19 diantaranya gejala sesak napas, lama rawat, kadar SpO2, hitung leukosit dan limfosit, serta temuan radiologi toraks. Selanjutnya, menggunakan analisis multivariat, diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga faktor risiko yang memiliki kemaknaan dengan kesintasan pasien. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah gejala demam, lama rawat, dan kadar SpO2 merupakan tiga faktor risiko yang paling berperan terhadap kesintasan pasien geriatri COVID-19 di RS Urip Sumoharjo Bandarlampung.
