Memaknai Nilai-Nilai Philosophy Keislaman dan Perilaku Berbagi Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja Bisnis UMKM

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM pada saat sekarang tidak terlepas dari adanya motivasi masyarakat untuk menjadi entrepreneur. Motivasi menjadi entrepreneur merupakan ajaran agama islam yang  mengajarkan setiap penganutnya untuk bekerja dan mandiri.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Riau yang lekat dengan nilai-nilai islami dan budaya islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara nyata nilai-nilai philosophy keislaman dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan makanan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang  dengan tehnik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode statistik kuantitatif menggunakan Regresi linear berganda dengan Program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai philosophy keislaman dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM.
