Abstract


Education is fundamental in a civilization. Whether a nation is advanced or not will be seen by the input, process and output of education. One of the components that determines whether education is progressing or not is Human Resources. Islamic Education Management plays a very important role in overcoming these problems, because it is related to the educational process for the best students in Islam, while to improve the quality of education one must pay attention to components including:Employee performance, employee productivity, employee morale,Motivating Work, Job Satisfaction, Leadership.The aim of this research is to provide insight and solutions regarding the components of Human Resources to improve the quality of education in madrasas
