MEASURMENT SYSTEM ANALYSIS PADA OPERATOR PENGECEKAN VISUAL MENGGUNAKAN METODE ATTRIBUTE AGREEMENT SYSTEM DI INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR

Dalam proses pengecekan visual suatu produk dalam suatu industri manufaktur, manusia sangat berperan penting terhadap kualitas produk sebelum dikirimkan ke konsumen khususnya untuk produk yang mengedepankan estetika. Apabila terdapat kualitas produk no good (NG) terkirim ke konsumen akan berdampak terhadap nama baik dari perusahaan yang secara tidak langsung dapat berpengaruh terhadap permintaan produk karena kesalahan dalam proses pengecekan. Agar hasil pengecekan visual yang dilakukan oleh operator cek sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang di tentukan oleh konsumen, diperlukan salah satu metode pengukuran untuk menjamin bahwa operator cek telah melakukan pengecekan dengan benar tidak mengirim produk no good ke konsumen ataupun sebaliknya me reject produk yang baik kualitas nya. Measurement system analysis menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengukur keakurasian (reproducibility) dan konsistensi (repeatability) operator pengecekan dalam menilai produk yang dihasilkan oleh lantai produksi. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui akurasi dan konsistensi dari operator pengecekan menggunakan metode attribute agreement system. Hasil dari metode ini di ketahui bahwa operator pengecekan visual masih mempunyai kesalahan dalam melakukan pengecekan hasil produksi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan training untuk merefresh kembali pengetahuan operator pengecekan tentang kualitas produk di lantai produksi agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahan pengecekan.References
