Evaluasi Sustainability Supplier Kraft paper dalam Mendukung Supply Chain Management Menggunakan Metode FAHP dan TOPSIS di PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik (IKSG)

Sustainability telah menjadi topik yang menarik perhatian secara global dikarenakan semakin menipisnya sumber daya alam, perubahan iklim, dan kesehatan masyarakat. Hal ini juga yang mendasari organisasi atau perusahaan tidak bisa lagi mengabaikan masalah sustainability dalam bisnis. PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik (IKSG) adalah perusahaan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi kemasan semen. Pemilihan supplier yang berasal dari luar negeri menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi PT IKSG, pasalnya selama ini beberapa kali didapati masalah keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku dan penurunan kualitas. Oleh karena itu, PT IKSG melakukan evaluasi setiap tahunnya terhadap mutu supplier. Tetapi sayangnya dengan keinginan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan sustainability perusahaan, tidak dibarengi dengan evaluasi supplier yang mengedepankan askpek sustainable pula. Sehingga perlu dilakuakannya evaluasi tentang sustainability supplier di PT IKSG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih supplier kraft paper terbaik dengan menggunakan pendekatan sustainable. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, urutan pemasok dengan nilai tertinggi adalah supplier Mondi Paper Sales dengan nilai preferensi 0,872, Trinity Holding Australian di urutan kedua dengan nilai preferensi 0,778, Billerud di urutan ketiga dengan nilai preferensi 0,431, Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry menempati urutan keempat dengan nilai preferensi 0,073.References
