KETAHANAN EMOSIONAL PADA SISWA SMP KORBAN CYBERBULLYING

Abstract


Cyberbullying adalah jenis perundungan yang dilakukan melalui penggunaan internet. Saat ini cyberbullying telah banyak terjadi dikalangan remaja, tidak terkecuali melanda dunia pendidikan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari cyberbullying adalah menurunkan kesejahteraan emosional pada korban. Ketahanan emosional menjadi faktor penting untuk mencegah dampak cyberbullying yang berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis ketahanan emosional remaja korban cyberbullying. Sebanyak 115 pelajar SMP berusia 12-16 tahun yang merupakan korban cyberbullying dilibatkan untuk mengisi kuisoner penelitian skala ketahanan emosional yaitu The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik korelasi dan regresi. Ketahanan emosional berhasil membantu korban cyberbullying untuk menemukan kepuasan hidup. Remaja korban cyberbullying dapat mempertahankan kenyamanan diri melalui melalui ketahanan emosional.
