ANALISIS FAKTOR METODE DESIGN AND BUILD PADA PROYEK SEKSI I JALAN TOL SEMARANG – BATANG

Abstract

Abstrak : Pembangunan Tol Semarang – Batang merupakan proyek utama nasional yang diharapkan dapat memperlancar distribusi barang dan jasa serta mengurangi volume lalu lintas di jalan nasional Pantura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor dominan pada metode Rancang dan Bangun terintegrasi (Design and Build) yaitu Biaya dan Waktu, yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pembangunan jalan tol. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Seksi I Semarang – Batang. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert 4. Uji Statistika dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20.0. Simpulan penelitian: 1) Variabel  metode DB memiliki korelasi positif yang sangat kuat dengan variabel Biaya; 2) faktor Metode DB merupakan variabel  yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan Proyek dibandingkan variabel Biaya dan Waktu; 3) faktor Perhatian klien pada transfer resiko merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pada kelompok Variabel Metode DB; 4) faktor Konsultan, Kontraktor, Parameter Design dan Informasi merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pada kelompok Variabel Biaya; dan 5) faktor Perubahan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadapan kesuksesan proyek pada kelompok Waktu.

Abstract : The construction of the Semarang - Batang highways is a major national project that is expected to facilitate the distribution of goods and services and reduce the volume of traffic on the Pantura national highways. The purpose of this study was to find the dominant factors in the DB methods i.e Cost and Time that significantly affected the success of toll road construction projects. This research is quantitative research and was carried out on the Semarang - Batang Tol Road Section I Project. Data was taken using a questionnaire using a Likert with scale 4. Statistical tests are performed using SPSS 20.0 software. Conclusion of the study: 1) Variable DB method has a very strong positive correlation with the variable Cost; 2) DB Method factor is the most influential variable on Project Success compared to Cost and Time variables; 3) factors The client's attention to risk transfer is the most influential factor on project success in the DB Method Variable group; 4) the factors of Consultants, Contractors, Design Parameters and Information are factors that influence the success of the project in the Cost Variable group; and 5) Change factors are the most influential factors in the success of the project in the Time group.
