KAJIAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR PERILAKU PADA BANGUNAN WISATA AIR (STUDI KASUS: OCEAN PARK BSD

ABSTRAK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komponen-komponen arsitektur perilaku pada wisata air pada Ocean Park BSD, dengan memperhatikan pengaruh komponen setting ruang berupa warna, bentuk dan ukuran ruang pada perilaku yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok pengguna pengunjung dan karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif dengan sumber data yang didapatkan berupa data sekunder maupun primer. Hasil dari analisis ketiga studi kasus pada warna kebanyakan menggunakan warna cerah pada wahana kolam maupun wahana permainan, seperti menggunakan warna merah dengan kesan berani, warna kuning dengan kesan riang, warna orange dengan memberikan kesan semangat dan juga warna biru yang memberikan kesan tenang. Warna-warna tersebut dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengunjung dan karyawan dengan berperilaku lebih aktif pada wisata air ini. Untuk bentuk dan ukuran pada ketiga studi kasus kebanyakan pada bentuk menggunakan area yang terbuka, serta perbedaan ukuran pada ketinggian maupun kedalaman yang berbeda-beda, sehingga pada perilaku yang dihasilkan pengunjung dan karyawan juga berbeda-beda sesuai dengan ukuran yang ada. Hal yang sudah dijelaskan diawal menunjukan bahwa adanya penyesuaian desain wahana air waterpark ini terhadap perilaku pengguna.Kata Kunci: arsitektur perilaku, bentuk, ukuran, warna, wisata air ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study is to determine the behavioral architectural components of water tourism from three case studies, taking into account the influence of spatial components in the form of color, shape and size of space on the behavior produced by groups of visitors and employees. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach with secondary and primary data sources. The results of the analysis of the three case studies on color mostly use bright colors on pool rides and rides for games, such as using red with a bold impression, yellow with a cheerful impression, orange with a spirited impression and also blue with a calm impression. These colors can affect the behavior of visitors and employees by behaving more actively in this water tour. For the shape and size of the three case studies, most of the forms use open areas, as well as differences in size at different heights and depths, so that the resulting behavior of visitors and employees also varies according to existing sizes. The things that have been explained earlier show that there is an adjustment in the design of this waterpark water vehicle to user behavior.Keywords: behavior architecture, shape, size, color, water tourismReferences
