KAJIAN ARSITEKTUR KONTEKSTUAL BENTUK PADA BANGUNAN KAMPUNG SUSUN PRODUKTIF TUMBUH CAKUNG DI JAKARTA TIMUR

ABSTRAK. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur kontekstual, salah satunya adalah prinsip harmoni dan kontras dalam segi ukuran dapat dilihat pada suatu bangunan baru sehingga dapat diketahui dampak yang dihasilkan dengan adanya bangunan baru tersebut terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Dengan adanya bangunan Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung yang tergolong bangunan baru berdasarkan waktu diresmikannya. Diperlukan adanya suatu kajian yang menjelaskan kesesuaian antara bangunan Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung terhadap bangunan di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan prinsip arsitektur kontekstual dalam segi bentuk pada bangunan Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi pada bangunan Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung untuk mengetahui kontekstualitas bangunan Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung terhadap bangunan di sekitarnya. Pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Kampung Susun Produktif Tumbuh Cakung menerapkan prinsip arsitektur kontekstual teori Brolin. The application of contextual architectural principles, one of which is the principle of harmony and contrast in terms of size can be seen in a new building so that it can be known the impact produced by the existence of the new building on the surrounding environment. With the building of Kampung Susun Productive Tumbuh Cakung which is classified as a new building based on the time of its inauguration. A study is needed that explains the suitability of the Cakung Growing Productive Stacking Village building to the surrounding buildings. This study aims to identify the application of contextual architectural principles in terms of form in the building of the Cakung Growing Productive Stacking Village. The method used in this study is qualitative by observing the building of the Cakung Growing Productive Stacking Village to determine the contextuality of the Cakung Growing Productive Stacking Village building to the surrounding buildings. In this research, it can be seen that the Cakung Productive Susun Village applies the contextual architectural principles of Brolin's theory.
