PENERAPAN ARSITEKTUR UNIVERSAL DI KAMPUNG LANSIA

ABSTRAK. Perkembangan gaya hidup masyarakat di era modern ini tidak berjalan dengan seimbang terutama di bidang ekonomi dan kesehatan.Masyarakat pada umumnya tidak mementingkan kesehatan yang berimbas kepada beberapa aspek terutama bagi lansia. Banyak lansia yang terlantar dan ada pula yang sengaja ditelantarkan karena faktor ekonomi.Keadaan di panti jompo saat ini kurang baik. Panti jompo hanya didesain sebagai tempat bernaung saja.Berdasarkan permasalahantersebut timbul pemikiran untuk merencanakan dan merancang Desain Kampung Lansia Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Universal Di Bogor yang nyaman bagi para penghuni di dalamnya. Desain ini diharapkan agar mampu memberikan kenyamanan fisik dan psikologis melalui penataan ruang dalam, ruang luar dan sirkulasi dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur universal dan memfasilitasi serta memenuhi kebutuhan para lansia yang kurang beruntung dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan kehidupan dengan fasilitas yang lengkap dan memadai. Society in general does not emphasize the health impact to some aspects, especially for the elderly. Many elderly are abandoned and some are deliberately neglected due to economic factors. The state of nursing home is not good at the moment. The nursing home is only designed as a place to stay. Based on these problems arise thought to plan and design of Elderly Village With Universal Architectural Approach In Bogor that is comfortable for the inhabitants in it. This design is expected to be able to provide physical and psychological comfort through the arrangement of inner space, outer space and circulation by applying the concept of universal architecture and facilitate and also meet the needs of the disadvantaged elderly in health and life services with complete and adequate facilities.
