ABSTRAK. Kota satelit merupakan suatu daerah yang memiliki sifat perkotaan dan daerah ini memberi daya dukung bagi kehidupan kota, Kota satelit terbentuk akibat perkembangan yang terjadi di dalam inti kota. Bsd City, Bintaro dan Lippo Karawacki merupaka kota satelit dari Kota Jakarta yang letaknya berada di pinggiran kota Jakarta, oleh karena itu kajian elemen perancangan kota ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui dikawasan Bsd City, Bintaro dan Lippo Karawacki menerapkan prinsip dari ahli perancangan Kota Hamid Shirvani.Kata kunci: Kota satelit Bsd City, Bintaro dan Lippo Karawaci ABSTRACT. The satellite city is an area that has urban characteristics and this area gives support for city life, satellite city is formed due to developments that occur in the core of the city. Bsd City, Bintaro and Lippo Karawacki are satellite cities from the city of Jakarta which are located on the outskirts of Jakarta, therefore the study of urban design elements needs to be done to find out in the areas of Bsd City, Bintaro and Lippo Karawacki applying the principles of City design expert Hamid Shirvani.Keywords: Satellite cities Bsd City, Bintaro and Lippo Karawaci
