KAJIAN ARSITEKTUR FUTURISTIK PADA BANGUNAN BENTANG LEBAR PADA STASIUN TANJUNG PRIUK DAN THEATER JAKARTA TAMAN ISMAIL MARZUKI

ABSTRAK. Setiap waktu bangunan selalu berkembang cukup pesat selain sebagai kebutuhan manusia juga sebagai unjuk kemewahan. Berlomba-lomba membuat bangunan terbaik, dengan teknologi modern bangunan apapun dapat didirikan. Bangunan dengan struktur bentang lebar adalah salah satu fenomena yang terjadi karena adanya kebutuhan ruang luas untuk sebuah kegiatan tertentu seperti olah raga, transportasi, dsb. Gaya arsitektur futuristik yang di ikuti berkembang dengan perkembangan teknologi memiliki karakteristik yang mendukung perkembangan kemajuan zaman. Namun tidak semua bangunan yang berdiri pada abad 20 bisa dikatakan bangunan futuristik. Maka Stasiun Tanjung Priuk da Theater Jakarta Taman Ismail Marzuki sebagai bangunan bentanng lebar akan dikaji penerapan arsitektur futuristiknya. Metode pengkajian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data primer berupa dokumentasi langsung dan wawancara, serta data sekunder berupa literatur. Hasilnya, Stasiun Tanjung Priuk bukan arsitektur futuristik karena mennggunaka kosep garis vertikal da horizontal serta massanya maju mundur. Sedangkan Theater Jakarta Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) merupakan arsitektur futuristik baik dari kosep transpara, penggunaan material ekspos, bentuk persegi dan segitiga, dan material kaca dan bajaKata Kunci: Arsitektur Futuristik, Struktur Bentang Lebar, Tipologi Bangunan.ABSTRACT. Buildings always develop quite rapidly other than as human needs as well as a show of luxury. Competing to make the best building, with modern technology any building can be built. Building with a wide span structure is one phenomenon that occurs because of the need for large space for a particular activity such as sports, transportation, etc. The futuristic architectural style that is followed to develop with technological developments has characteristics that support the development of the times. Not all buildings that stood in the 20th century can be said to be futuristic buildings. Therefore Tanjung Priuk and Jakarta Theater Taman Taman Ismail Marzuki's building as a wide building will be studied in the application of its futuristic architecture. The assessment method uses descriptive qualitative based on primary data in the form of direct documentation and interviews, and secondary data in the form of literature. As a result, Tanjung Priuk Station is not a futuristic architecture because it uses vertical and horizontal line concepts and their mass back and forth.
