Abstract

Mall The Breeze yang berada di BSD Tangerang ini merupakan pusat perbelanjaan moderen yang terletak di pinggir sungai Cisadane dan danau yang terintegrasi dengan bangunan perkantoran. Mall ini diidentifikasi untuk mengetahui dampak konsep arsitektur bioklimatik terhadap aktifitas manusia yang tidak terpisahkan dengan iklim dan lingkungan sekitar. Mall ini dianalisis berdasarkan konsep arsitektur bioklimatik, dengan mendeskripsikan penerapan dari variabel arsitektur bioklimatik menurut Yeang. Analisis pada mall ini memperhatikan desain tapak, aklimatisasi matahari, pencahayaan, suhu lingkungan, penghawaan,vegetasi maupun penerapan prinsip hemat energi dan desain dinding bangunan untuk menunjang aktifitas berbelanja dan kelestarian lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif.
