KAJIAN KONSEP PARTISIPATIF PADA RPTRA SUNGAI BAMBU

ABSTRAK. Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) adalah ruang terbuka sebagai wahana permainan, untuk tumbuh dan kembangnya anak. Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) berfungsi memenuhi tumbuh kembang anak dan sarana lain yang memfasilitasi kebutuhan warga sehingga terjadi keterkaitan harmonis antara program pemerintah dengan daya dukung masyarakat. Istilah RPTRA ini dikembangkan oleh Ibu Eka Permanasari dengan menitiberatkan pada ruang yang mampu mejembatani komunikasi antara warga dan pemerintah. Berbeda dengan program pembangunan sarana publik pemerintahmencoba menangkap kebutuhan dari bawah dan memasukkan dalam proses perancangan (bottom up approach).Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) menjadi bagian dari strategi pembangunan kota dalam upaya penyediaan fasilitas dan sarana penunjang kebutuhan masyarakat. Ruang publik ini akan dimanfaatkan oleh seluruh golongan masyarakat.
