PENERAPAN KARAKTERISTIK ARSITEKTUR KONTEMPORER PADA PERANCANGAN PUSAT PELATIHAN SEPAK BOLA PSS SLEMAN

ABSTRAK. Penerapan karakteristik arsitektur kontemporer pada perancangan pusat pelatihan sepak bola PSS Sleman ditujukan untuk memberikan citra positif dan menarik sehingga dapat memunculkan potensi dan kreatifitas pemain dalam taktik bermain sepak bola, juga dianggap selaras dengan jiwa kontemporer dalam desain. Strategi desain penerapannya melalui bentuk gubahan massa bangunan yang dinamis dan ekspresif, ruang terkesan terbuka dengan bukaan bangunan yang banyak, fasad bangunan menggunakan material transparan dengan adanya secondary skin, dan pengolahan lansekap dengan adanya taman, jogging track, dan vegetasi juga penempatan zona hard scape maupun soft scape pada site. Kata kunci: Arsitektur Kontemporer, Desain, Pusat Pelatihan, Sepak Bola ABSTRACT. The implementation of contemporary architectural characteristics in the design of PSS Sleman football training center aimed to give positive and attractive image to draw potentials and creativity of football players in playing football, as well as to be in harmony with the contemporary spirit in the design. The implementation is through dynamic and expressive building mass arrangement, open space with many openings in certain areas, building façade which used transparent material with secondary skin, and landscaping with garden, jogging track, and vegetation, as well as neat placement of hard scape and soft scape zones on the site.
