Perbandingan Baterai Lithium Ion dan Baterai Valve Regulated Lead Acid 48 Volt 20 Ampere terhadap Kelayakan Pakai Sepeda Motor Listrik Konversi SMK Negeri 55 Jakarta

ABSTRAK
Penelitian membandingkan uji kelayakan baterai Lithium Ion (LI) dan Valve Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) 48 V 20 AH dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan dimensi batrai, perbandingan berat baterai, perbandingan biaya harga perakitan baterai, waktu pengecasan dan uji efisiensi jarak tempuh batrai, untuk mengetahui kelayakan batrai sepeda motor listrik konversi. Perbandingan dimensi baterai dilakukan dengan cara merakit dan menghitung dimensi dari setiap baterai dengan spesifikasi 48 V 20 AH. Dari hasil pengukuran dimensi didapatkan batrai LI dengan ukuran 255 mm x 195 mm x 68 mm dan baterai VRLA dengan ukuran 362 mm x 152 mm x 168 mm. Kemudian menghitung berat dari kedua batrai tersebut. Dari hasil pengukuran berat baterai, batrai LI memiliki berat 6,6 Kg dan batrai VRLA memiliki berat 25,5 Kg. Kemudian menghitung biaya perakitan batrai dari kedua batrai tersebut. Dari hasil perhitungan biaya baterai, batrai LI menghabiskan biaya perakitan sebesar Rp. 4.600.000 dan batrai VRLA menghabiskan biaya perakitan sebesar Rp. 2.650.000. Setelah itu, memasuki tahap pengujian efisiensi batrai dimana pengujian ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui jarak yang dapat ditempuh dan juga kecepatan yang paling efisien didalam mengendarai sepeda motor listrik. Dari hasil data diperoleh batrai LI memperoleh jarak tempuh sejauh 32 KM dengan kecepatan 30 Km/Jam dan batrai VRLA memperoleh jarak tempuh sejauh 25 KM dengan kecepatan 30 Km/Jam. Selanjutnya ialah proses pengukuran waktu pengecasan dari kondisi baterai 0% - 100% pada kedua jenis batrai, dari hasil pengukuran waktu pengeceasan terbaik didapatkan oleh batrai jenis LI dengan waktu pengecasan selama 4 jam, bila dibandingkan dengan baterai VRLA selama 6 jam. Dari hasil diatas kemudian diambil kesimpulan bahwa batrai dengan spesifikasi 48 V 20 AH dari perakitan kedua jenis baterai. Baterai LI menjadi batrai yang paling efisen didalam jarak tempuh, lebih mudah didalam bentuk dimensinya, dan lebih ringan bila dibandingkan dengan batrai VRLA. dan batrai VRLA menjadi batrai dengan nilai ekonomis dan juga lebih simple didalam perakitan batrainya.

This study compares the feasibility tests of Lithium Ion (LI) and Valve Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA)
48 V 20 AH batteries by using the method of comparing battery dimensions, comparison of battery
weight, comparison of the cost of battery assembly prices, charging time and battery mileage efficiency test, to determine the feasibility of a conversion electric motorcycle battery. Comparison of battery dimensions is done by assembling and calculating the dimensions of each battery with 48
V 20 AH specifications. From the results of the dimensional measurements, a LI battery with a size
of 255 mm x 195 mm x 68 mm was obtained and a VRLA battery with a size of 362 mm x 152 mm x
168 mm. Then calculate the weight of the two batteries. From the results of battery weight
measurements, the LI battery weighs 6.6 kg and the VRLA battery weighs 25.5 kg. Then calculate the battery assembly costs of the two batteries. From the calculation of the cost of the battery, the LI battery costs as much as Rp. 4,600,000 and the VRLA battery costs Rp. 2,650,000. After that, entering the battery efficiency testing stage where this test is needed to determine the distance that can be traveled and also the most efficient speed when driving an electric motorcycle. From the results of the data, it was obtained that the LI battery obtained a distance of 32 KM at a speed of
30 Km/hour and the VRLA battery obtained a distance of 25 KM at a speed of 30 Km/hour. Next is the process of measuring the charging time from 0% - 100% battery conditions on both types of batteries, from the best charging time measurement results obtained by the LI type battery with a charging time of 4 hours, when compared to the VRLA battery for 6 hours. From the above results
it was concluded that the battery with the specifications of 48 V 20 AH from the assembly of the two types of batteries. LI batteries are the most efficient batteries in terms of mileage, lighter in terms of dimensions, and lighter than VRLA batteries. and VRLA batteries are batteries with economic value and are also simpler in battery assembly.
