PENYULUHAN MENJAGA POLA MAKAN UNTUK CEGAH PENYAKIT KRONIS PADA LANSIA

Abstract


Penyakit kronis seperti diabetes, hipertensi, dan penyakit jantung semakin umum terjadi pada lansia. Seiring bertambahnya usia, tubuh mengalami berbagai perubahan yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan secara keseluruhan, termasuk sistem pencernaan, metabolisme, dan kekebalan tubuh. Lansia cenderung lebih rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit kronis yang memerlukan penanganan jangka panjang dan dapat mengurangi kualitas hidup. Tujuan Penyuluhan Menjaga Pola Makan untuk Cegah Penyakit Kronis pada Lansia , yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran msayarakat, memberikan edukasi, merubah gaya hidup, meningkatkan kualitas hidup sehat, meningkatkan kesadaran gizi. Metode yg digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini yaitu dengan memberikan edukasi, diadakan diskusi kelompok lansia, demo masakan sehat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi.
