SOSIALISASI FAKTOR RISIKO PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR PADA LANSIA
Abstract
Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti hipertensi, diabetes, dan penyakit jantung merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di kalangan lansia. Pola hidup tidak sehat seperti pola makan yang buruk, kurang aktivitas fisik, dan kebiasaan merokok adalah faktor risiko utama PTM. Lansia adalah kelompok yang sangat rentan terhadap PTM, dan kesadaran serta pengetahuan yang rendah mengenai pencegahan dan pengelolaan penyakit ini dapat memperburuk kondisi kesehatan mereka.
