Gambaran Kapasitas Fungsional Jantung-Paru pada Pasien COVID-19 Derajat Sedang di Ruang Isolasi
Abstract
Komplikasi pada Covid-19 tidak hanya ditemui pada organ paru, namun juga dapat mengenai sistem musculoskeletal dan kardiovaskuler melalui mekanisme inflamasi sistemik dan tirah baring lama. Penurunan kapasitas fungsional jantung-paru akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup seseorang secara umum akibat adanya keterbatasan kegiatan sehari-hari. Penilaian kapasitas fungsional jantung-paru pada pasien covid-19 penting untuk dilakukan untuk dapat menentukan tatalaksana dan strategi rehabilitasi yang tepat, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian dengan metode crossectional dilakukan pada pasien covid-19 derajat sedang di ruang isolasi untuk melihat gambaran kapasitas fungsional jantung-paru dengan menggunakan uji jalan 4 meter di ruang isolasi. Diidapatkan bahwa pasien covid-19 derajat sedang mengalami penurunan kapasitas fungsional dilihat dari uji jalan 4 meter dengan rata-rata waktu tempuh 3,78 detik (lebih dari orang normal yaitu 2,5 detik).
