Kemitraan Strategis antara Indonesia dan China: Analisis Kepentingan Jakarta dalam Proyek Kereta Api Cepat
Abstract
Studi ini menganalisis kepentingan nasional Indonesia dalam kerjasama dengan China di proyek infrastruktur kereta api cepat antara Jakarta dan Bandung. Studi ini juga menganalisis implikasi terhadap kepentingan nasional, pembangunan ekonomi, dan konektivitas regional. Konteks dari proyek ini adalah kemitraan strategis antara Indonesia dan China, dengan fokus pada proyek kereta api cepat yang diprakarsai pada masa pemerintahan Joko Widodo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, memakain tinjauan komprehensif terhadap studi literatur dan data empiris yang ada. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa proyek kereta api cepat bukan hanya sekedar upaya pembangunan infrastruktur, tetapi juga merupakan elemen penting dari strategi ekonomi Indonesia yang lebih luas dan posisi geopolitik Indonesia dalam Belt and Road Initiative/BRI). proyek ini berfungsi sebagai poros strategis yang menggarisbawahi ambisi Indonesia untuk memperkuat perannya sebagai pemain penting dalam konektivitas regional dan perdagangan global. Dengan mengintegrasikan infrastruktur transportasi yang canggih, Indonesia bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi logistik dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di pusat-pusat kota dan industri utama, sehingga memposisikan diri sebagai koridor vital di Asia Tenggara. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman kerja sama internasional dalam pembangunan infrastruktur dan dampaknya terhadap kepentingan nasional
