Apakah Koneksi Politik Memengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan?
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi dampak koneksi politik terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 18 perusahaan pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2018 sampai 2022. Analisis regresi panel digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koneksi politik secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Dengan kata lain, koneksi politik meningkatkan nilai perusahaan pertanian di Indonesia. Untuk variabel kontrol, return on assets dan leverage secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Di sisi lain, ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini berimplikasi penting bagi perusahaan dan investor.
