KAJIAN INDIKATOR PENGUKURAN KESIAPAN PADA GREEN SMART CAMPUS MENGGUNAKAN KERANGKA KERJA GREEN IT READINESS+

Abstract


Penerapan Smart City sangat berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi namun pemanfaatan teknologi di dunia saat ini terbukti berperan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan dikarenakan tingginya emisi karbon yang dilepaskan ke lingkungan sebagai akibat pengunaan konsumsi energi yang belum efisien. Solusi untuk mengatasinya yaitu dengan menggunakan konsep Green IT.  Penerapan Green IT dalam dunia pendidikan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas, memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Sebagian besar perguruan tinggi belum memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan sebagai dampak penggunaan teknologi. Tujuan dari paper ini merupakan hasil kajian awal yang menguraikan indikator-indikator kesiapan perguruan tinggi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja G-Readiness+. Metode pengklasifikasian, literature review, analisis pengembangan,  dan modifikasi dilakukan melalui paper yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional dan nasional dengan green IT readiness, green smart campus dan human resource management sebagai topiknya. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah komponen-komponen yang terdapat dalam kerangka kerjaG-Readiness+ yaitu attitude (sikap), policy (kebijakan), practice (praktek), technology (teknologi), governance (tata kelola), dan human resource (sumber daya manusia). Indikator-indikator tersebut dapat diadopsi ke dalam lingkungan kampus untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan konsep Green IT menuju Green Smart Campus.
