HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI GARBARATA PT BUKAKA TEKNIK UTAMA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas produksi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini, para pelaku PT Bukaka Teknik Utama telah terpilih sebagai unit analisis dan 109 sampel dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas productionwith koefisien korelasi 0,864 dan persamaan regresi ry di tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hal ini menyebabkan hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis penelitian diterima. Oleh karena itu, persamaan regresi adalah signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan kualitas produksi di PT Bukaka Teknik Utama.
