Analisis Variasi Iklim dengan Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Kota Tangerang Selatan

Abstract


Variasi iklim meningkatkan risiko kejadian Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD). Cuaca ekstrem seperti curah hujan tinggi menimbulkan genangan air sebagai perindukan nyamuk dan berpontensi menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa DBD. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan variasi iklim dengan DBD di Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain studi ekologi analisis seri waktu. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian observasional yang menggunakan data sekunder dengan melihat faktor iklim, seperti suhu udara, kelembaban, dan curah hujan sebagai variabel independen serta kejadian DBD sebagai variabel dependen. Menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna sangat lemah dengan arah negatif (p = 0,346 / r = -0,124) antara suhu dengan kejadian DBD, terdapat hubungan sedang dengan arah positif (p = 0,0005 / r = 0,470)  antara kelembaban dengan kejadian DBD, dan adanya hubungan yang bermakna sedang dengan arah positif (p = 0,016 / r = 0,309)  antara curah hujan dengan kejadian DBD. Kelembaban dan curah hujan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian DBD di Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2016-2020. Perlu dilakukan pemberantasan tempat perkembangbiakan vektor nyamuk, seperti program 3M Plus (Menguras, Menutup, Memanfaatkan dan mencegah perkembangbiakan nyamuk).
