Tingkat Stres dan Pencapaian Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program Profesi Dokter: Penelitian Kuantitatif dan Kualitatif

Abstract


Mahasiswa kedokteran mengalami stres psikologis yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa dari fakultas lain yang seusianya. Setiap mahasiswa program profesi dokter harus lulus UKMPPD untuk mendapatkan gelar dokter. Tanggung jawab dan tuntutan yang lebih tinggi selama pendidikan program profesi dokter menambah stresor bagi mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan serta gambaran tingkat stres dan pencapaian uji kompetensi mahasiswa program profesi dokter. Penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, tingkat stres diukur menggunakan MSSQ. Pendekatan cross section untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dan pencapaian UKMPPD. Uji korelasi Rank Spearman mengadopsi nilai signifikasi 95%. Secara kualitatif dilakukan in-depth interview untuk menggali penjelasan tingkat stres yang mereka alami. Sebanyak 18,7% mahasiswa mengalami stres sedang, 73% stres berat, dan 8,3% mengalami stres sangat berat. Uji korelasi spearman menghasilkan nilai p=0,03. Domain stresor utama mahasiswa adalah stresor akademik, disusul stresor kegiatan kelompok, stresor proses belajar dan mengajar, stresor interpersonal dan intrapersonal, stresor sosial, dan stresor motivasi. Tingkat stres berhubungan secara bermakna dengan pencapaian UKMPPD. Stresor akademik terkait UKMPPD menjadi stresor utama pada mahasiswa program profesi dokter.
