Hubungan Intensitas Kebisingan dengan Tekanan Darah dan Stres Kerja di Rumah Sakit Kudus

Abstract


Kebisingan menjadi masalah utama bagi kesehatan pekerja dengan tingkat resiko tinggi. Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kebisingan dengan tekanan darah, dan stres kerja pada pekerja di area workshop Rumah Sakit Mardi Rahayu, Kudus. Penerapan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasinya seluruh pekerja di Rumah Sakit Mardi Rahayu, sampel 40 responden, kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat stres kerja, sound level meter untuk tingkat kebisingan, dan digital blood pressure monitor untuk pengukuran tekanan darah. Analisis menggunakan uji univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisis hubungan kebisingan dan tekanan darah dengan p-value = 0,00, menunjukkan ada korelasi signifikan antara kebisingan dan tekanan darah, serta kebisingan dengan stres kerja menghasilkan p-value = 0,03, menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara kebisingan dengan stres kerja. Implikasi menunjukkan pentingnya pengendalian kebisingan di area workshop Rumah Sakit untuk mengelola dampak negatif kebisingan, termasuk strategi mengurangi stres kerja. Disarankan mengembangkan program intervensi seperti, perlindungan pekerja, dan perubahan lingkungan kerja untuk mengurangi risiko kebisingan.
