Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Penerimaan Vaksinasi Booster Covid-19 Berdasarkan Health Belief Model

Abstract


Status kegawatdaruratan global terhadap Covid-19 telah berakhir. Namun belakangan ini, terjadi peningkatan kasus Covid-19 di beberapa negara ASEAN, termasuk Indonesia. Pemerintah telah melakukan program vaksinasi booster Covid-19 atau vaksin dosis 3 dan 4 untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, keberhasilan program tersebut sangat bergantung pada persepsi dan keyakinan yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat terkait vaksin covid-19 itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi pada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor health belief model serta hubungan terhadap penerimaan vaksinasi booster Covid-19 di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan cluster random sampling dengan besar sampel 110 orang yang bertempat tinggal di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Kemudian diuji secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-Square maka didapatkan hasil yaitu persepsi kerentanan (p-value =0,005), persepsi keparahan (p-value =0,005), persepsi manfaat (p-value =0,024), persepsi hambatan (p-value =0,049), dan dorongan untuk bertindak (p-value = 0,012). Maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor-faktor health belief model dengan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi booster Covid-19 di wilayah DKI Jakarta.
