Implementasi Sharing Dokumen dan Perangkat secara Online untuk Menjaga Jarak di Lingkungan Kerja selama Pandemi Covid-19

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, Di Kantor Balai Desa Kubangsari semua staf dapat diandalkan dari tangan ke tangan dalam melaksanakan layanan kepada masyarakat dan kebutuhan administrasi. Hal ini bisa menjadi potensi terjadinya penularan Covid-19. Masalah ini dapat terjadi pada saat proses distribusi cetak dokumen dan pengunaan perangkat (perangkat) diantara staf masih secara bergantian, seperti komputer dan printer. Pada setiap kali mereka ingin mencetak dokumen yang terjadi kerumunan antrian diantara staf, terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Selama ini, fasilitas koneksi jaringan WiFi di Balai Desa Kubangsari masih belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Jaringan WiFi yang hanya digunakan sebatas untuk pemakaian internet biasa, seperti untuk browsing, youtube, dan mengakses web pemerintah provinsi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang kami programkan bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan infrastruktur pembangunan Dokumen dan Perangkat Berbagi penggunaan koneksi jaringan WiFi dapat mendukung efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja di Balai Desa Kubangsari. Dengan Implementasi pembangunan infrastruktur, sehingga kita dapat mengurangi kerumunan antrian diantara staf dan mengurangi kontak dekat dari tangan ke tangan mengenai segala urusan pekerjaan di Kantor Balai Desa Kubangsari. Dan kami berharap Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dapat mendukung program pemerintah untuk Jarak Fisik di lingkungan kerja di Kantor Balai Desa Kubangsari sehingga meminimalisir penyebaran pandemi Covid-19.References
