Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pola asuh orangtua di TK Pertiwi Balocci,serta mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini di TK Balocci, dan selain itu mengetahui pola asuh orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini di TK Balocci. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan penelitian korelasional. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anak/murid kelas kelas B. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis bivariat penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosional anak dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor yang pertama tentang gambaran pola asuh yang terjadi di tk pertiwi balocci, faktor yang kudua tentang gambaran kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini di tk pertiwi balocci, dan faktor yang ketiga tentang hubungan pola asuh orangtua terhadap kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini di tk pertiwi balocci. Dimana pola asuh demokratis lebih kondusif dan efektif diterapkan kepada anak dalam membentuk karakter anak, dimana orangtua memberi dukungan dan perhatian kepada anak, dapat mengontrol anak dalam batasan-batasan tertentu, serta anak merasa lebih percaya diri terhadap keputusan dan perilakunya.
