KESIAPAN MAHASISWA CALON GURU PAUD DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI PADA KEGIATAN MICROTEACHING

Mencetak guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini yang profesional dan kreatif dimulai sejak mereka menjadi mahasiswa, kegiatan microteaching merupakan kristalisasi dari matakuliah pembelajaran yang mahasiswa tempuh selama perkulihan. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi kurikulum merdeka harus mencangkup aspek konten proses dan produk yang harus dapat diwujudkan oleh mahasiswa calon guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat proses kegiatan microteaching yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa calon guru program studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah Dan Keguruan Universitas Sains Al-Qur’an Jawa Tengah di Wonosobo, serta dampak yang terjadi dengan melakukan observasi awal di lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sebelum melakukan praktik microteaching dan penyusunan modul ajar yang dilakukan secara bersama dengan bimbingan langsung oleh Dosen Pembimbing. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan informasinya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 (dua puluh empat) Mahasiswa yang berasal dari dua kelompok microteaching yang dibagi secara acak oleh Fakultas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kegiatan microteaching dapat membentuk mahasiswa calon guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mampu mempraktikan pembelajaran berdiferensisasi sesuai amanat kurikulum merdeka baik dari aspek konten, proses dan produknya serta terwujunya profil pancasila pada peserta didik.Referensi
