Due to the fact that the performance of employees is one of the metrics that determines the success of a company, it is imperative that the management of human resources receives the serious attention it deserves. Up until this point, the performance measurement that has been carried out by PT. XYZ has solely evaluated the employee's soft skills, and it is subjective. As a result, there is a requirement for a comprehensive or comprehensive measurement of human resource performance, such as the Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC). The Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) is evaluated based on four distinct perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and learning. The key performance indicators (KPI) from each of these views will be used to measure the impact of each perspective. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and OMAX (Objective Matrix) are utilized in the process of weighting measurements, and the evaluation processes are carried out in comparison to criteria that are associated with the performance of the firm.References
