Abstract


This article aims to reflect on urban restructuring in the port area of the riverside city Santa Fe, Argentina. From a qualitative methodological approach, based on the analysis of journalists, documentaries and regulatory sources, questions How is the development of this process? The hypothesis by considering it as an operative of reco-investment that, through legislation and soil posibilitarte strategically located conceals the private appropriation of public goods by the dominant social fractions. As a reflection, seen as this transaction is linked together with other projects that continue with the same privatization mechanism from restricting land use.
