Strategi Pengembangan Kemasan Makanan Untuk Mendukung Prilaku Konsumen Ramah Lingkungan Dengan Menggunakan Metode SWOT

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, permasalahan lingkungan hidup semakin mendapat perhatian, sehingga mendorong masyarakat dan perusahaan untuk mencari solusi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Salah satu permasalahan yang memprihatinkan adalah penggunaan kemasan pangan yang ramah lingkungan. Pencemaran lingkungan meningkat secara signifikan dengan penggunaan kemasan sekali pakai atau plastik tradisional, terutama jika menyangkut sampah yang sulit terurai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan kemasan makanan ramah lingkungan dengan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) guna mendukung perilaku konsumen yang lebih sadar lingkungan. Kemasan makanan ramah lingkungan semakin menjadi perhatian seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan dampak limbah plastik terhadap ekosistem. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini mencakup konsumen, produsen makanan, serta ahli lingkungan hidup dan desain kemasan. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode SWOT diperoleh bobot IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 0,33 sedangkan pada EFE (Eksternal Factor Evaluation) sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan bobot yang telah diperoleh pengembangan kemasan ramah lingkungan ini masuk dalam kuadran 1 dan dapat menggunakan strategi growth oriented strategyReferences
