ETOS KERJA ISLAMI

Suatu negara bisa menjadi negara maju, bahkan mampu menguasai teknologi tinggi pada dasarnya dimulai dengan suatu etos kerja yang sangat kuat untuk berhasil. Demikian juga dalam sebuah perusahaan atau institusi yang ingin maju, maka harus memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi. Perusahaan besar dan terkenal telah membuktikan bahwa etos kerja yang militan menjadi salah satu penyebab keberhasilan perusahaannya. Etos kerja seseorang erat kaitannya dengan kepribadian, perilaku, dan karakternya. Salah satu hal yang mampu membentuk kepribadian dan karakter seseorang adalah ajaran agama.Islam sebagai ajaran yang memiliki visi rahmatan lil’alamin terdapat ajaran yang mempu membentuk kepribadian seseorang yang memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi. Kewajiban menuntut ilmu, bekerja, memegang teguh dan menyampaikan amanah, pertanggung jawaban amal perbuatan dihadapan Tuhan, dll adalah sebagian kecil ajaran islam yang memungkinkan seorang muslim memiliki etos kerja tinggi.
