Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek menggunakan Aplikasi Open Source Odoo pada Mata Kuliah Enterprise Resources Planning

Sistem ERP dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk mengelola dan mengintegrasikan data transaksi sehingga perusahaan dapat membuat perencanaan yang baik dalam penggunaan sumber daya dan membuat keputusan bisnis yang tepat. Hal ini sejalan dengan visi Indonesia yang saat ini sedang mengupayakan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan mendorong industri untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnis. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa seharusnya tidak hanya memahami tentang konsep ERP, tetapi juga memahami tahap implementasi ERP sebagaimana dinyatakan sebagai salah satu kompetensi utama ERP yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia dalam Skema Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendefinisikan capaian pembelajaran baru, profil lulusan, metode pembelajaran serta jadwal dan jenis evaluasi, berdasarkan kompetensi SKKNI dan penguasaan TIK. Dalam kurikulum baru, mahasiswa tidak hanya belajar tentang konsep ERP melalui kuliah, tetapi mereka akan terlibat dalam pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan studi kasus perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ERP mengacu pada kebutuhan. Untuk mendukung proyek ini, mahasiswa dapat menggunakan ERP open-source bernama Odoo yang sudah terbukti cocok digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan. Kurikulum tersebut telah berhasil diterapkan di 4 (empat) kelas. Survei yang melibatkan 110 mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa merasa lebih tertarik pada ERP dan mendapatkan lebih banyak pengetahuan tentang ERP. Sebagian besar siswa juga lulus dengan nilai A, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan menggunakan Odoo layak dilakukan pada mata kuliah ERP untuk universitas, khususnya untuk mahasiswa Teknik Industri.Referensi
