PENERAPAN KONSEP RAMAH ANAK PADA RUMAH SUSUN SEDERHANA

ABSTRAK. Kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal, terbatasnya lahan, serta tingginya harga jual di Jakarta berdampak pada pemanfaatan lahan kecil sebagai tempat tinggal yang menciptakan kawasan kumuh dan tidak tertata. Lingkungan yang kumuh akan berdampak buruk bagi tumbuh kembang seorang anak. Anak-anak dalam taraf tumbuh kembang memerlukan tempat tinggal dengan sarana dan fasilitas layak dari segi keamanan, kenyamanan, kesehatan. Solusinya adalah menciptakan hunian yang nyaman dan aman bagi anak-anak dengan membuat hunian vertikal (rumah susun) berkonsep ramah anak dengan ruang terbuka hijau untuk sarana bermain dan olah raga. Konsep ramah anak meliputi aspek dalam dan luar bangunan. Kata Kunci: rumah susun, konsep ramah anak, Jakarta ABSTRACT. The needs for dwelling, limitation of land, and high price in Jakarta impact on limited land use and create slums and disorganized settlement. Slums affect children growth poorly. Children who still in early stages of growth need a proper place for living with facilities and infrastructures that provides security, comfort, and health. The solution is making comfortable and secure residence for children by creating vertical housing with children friendly concept and green space for playing and sport. The concept of child-friendly which applied in vertical housing including the indoor and outdoor building’s aspects. Children friendly concept includes inside and outside building.
