PENERAPAN KONSEP REUSE PETI KEMAS PADA HUNIAN DAN PERKANTORAN DI KAWASAN BONGKAR MUAT PELABUHAN

ABSTRAK. Peti kemas bekas mungkin bukan termasuk limbah yang merusak lingkungan, karena peti kemas bekas masih tetap digunakan kembali (reuse), didaur ulang (recycle). Peti kemas memiliki modul yang sama persis, mudah dirangkai, jumlahnya yang banyak dan harga yang murah dapat menjadi inovasi baru sebagai ruang hunian manusia dengan pengamanan yang benar dan penerapan ilmu kenyamanan thermal dalam bangunan. Keberadaannya yang melimpah dan mudah dibongkar pasang menjadikanya material berkelanjutan dan hemat energi sebagai material daur ulang. Peti kemas sangat mungkin dijadikan unit dasar dalam perencanaan dan perancangan Arsitektur hunian dan perkantoran. Tujuan adanya perencanaan dan perancangan Hunian dan Perkantoran di kawasan Pelabuhan Priok membuat kawasan hunian dan perkantoran dengan konsep reuse peti kemas, membuat bangunan dengan bahan daur ulang peti kemas yang masih layak pakai, merancang dan menata kawasan hunian dan perkantoran dimana fungsi-fungsi yang ada dapat berintegrasi dan saling mendukung. Lokasi proyek berada di Semper Timur kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara. Kata Kunci: Hunian, Perkantoran, Pelabuhan, Reuse, Peti Kemas, Recycle ABSTRACT. Used container may not include waste that is damaging to the environment, because used container can be reused, recycled. Containers have exact same modules, easily assembled, their numbers are many and low prices. These could be seen as the new innovation as a human dwelling space with the correct security and the application of thermal comfort in buildings. Container existence is abundant and easy to be overhauled makes it sustainable and energy efficient as recycled material. Container are likely to be used as the basic unit in the planning and design of residential and office. The purpose of the planning and design of Residential and Office Building in the Port area Priok with container reused concept is to make the building with recycled containers that are still worth taking, designing and managing residential areas and offices where the functions can be integrated and mutually supportive.
