Many historic buildings are found abandoned and damaged, but these buildings can be reused with repairs. After repairing the building, the building can be used into various types, specifically public building. Buildings that can be visited by the whole community, therefore we need buildings that can accommodate the diversity of different human needs. This can be realized by using a universal design concept, by applying this concept the needs of persons with disabilities from various backgrounds can be met. Therefore, this study discusses the royal pavilion building which has undergone renovations over time, and finally applies some universal design principles Keywords: Abandoned, Public, UniversalReferences
