KAJIAN KENYAMANAN TERMAL PADA PASAR TARUMAJAYA BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI PENGGUNA

ABSTRAK. Pasar tradisional menurut jenis transaksi merupakan pasar dimana cara pembayaran para pembeli kepada penjual dapat dan boleh saling tawar menawar secara langsung. Pada pasar tradisional juga menyediakan berbagai jenis barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Kegiatan jual dan beli di pasar tentunya menghasilkan banyak pengguna yang menggunakan bangunan pada bangunan ini, selain itu juga bangunan pasar tradisional merupakan bangunan komersial yang umum sehingga siapapun dapat mengakses, karena banyak pengguna bangunan ini maka akan mempengaruhi kenyaman termal pada bangunan pasar tradisional khususnya Pasar Tarumajaya. Pada penelitian ini kenyamanan termal dinilai dan diukur berdasarkan persepsi penguna bangunan yang dibedakan menjadi dua jenis yaitu pedagang dan pembeli. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai kenyamanan termal pada Pasar Tarumajaya sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian skala pada kenyamanan termal dari keempat parameter kenyamanan termal dengan berbagai keterangan berdasarkan jawaban responden yaitu sedikit hangat, hangat, netral, sedikit sejuk, dan sangat sejuk. Selain itu juga adanya pertimbangan desain bangunan yg mempengaruhi kenyamanan termal yaitu bentuk, dimensi, letak massa dan orientasi bangunan, ventilasi, material bangunan, elemen arsitektural dan adanya vegetasi. According to the type of transaction, traditional markets are markets where buyers and sellers can and can bargain directly with each other in terms of payment methods. Traditional markets also provide various types of goods to meet daily basic needs. Buying and selling activities at the market certainly result in many users using the building in this building, besides that the traditional market building is a common commercial building so that anyone can access it, because there are many users of this building it will affect the thermal comfort of traditional market buildings, especially Tarumajaya Market. . In this study, thermal comfort was assessed and measured based on the perceptions of building users which were divided into two types, namely traders and buyers. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of thermal comfort at Tarumajaya Market so that the results of this study were a scale assessment on the thermal comfort of the four parameters of thermal comfort with various explanations based on the respondents' answers, namely slightly warm, warm, neutral, slightly cool, and very cool. In addition, there are also building design considerations that affect thermal comfort, namely shape, dimensions, mass location and building orientation, ventilation, building materials, architectural elements and the presence of vegetation.
