Kata Kunci: Arsitektur, Bangunan Mix Used, Neo Klasik.ABSTRACT. In the world of architecture, developments in terms of architectural styles and concepts continue to grow and increase, one of the architectural styles that is developing is the neo-classical architectural style. This style began to be born from the desire of human thought in the early 18th century, this style began with thoughts of boredom with architectural styles that were just so-so and the return of passion for classical architectural styles, especially Greek classics. In everyday life we need clothing, food, shelter, and in the current conditions where human activities are very busy and there is almost no time to travel long distances, and also the majority of land, especially in urban areas, it is necessary to build buildings that can accommodate all the human needs. In its development, mix-used buildings are present, namely buildings that can have several functions in one building that are made to accommodate human activities, namely clothing, food, boards in one building. Mix used building is expected to be a solution for urban areas that are increasingly crowded and vacant land is shrinking and for people who want to cut down their time for activities. The purpose of writing this research is to understand the concept of neo-classical architecture, to identify and describe the principles of Neo-classical architecture in Mix Used buildings, to understand the application of neo-classical architectural styles to Mix Used buildings. The method used in this study will discuss what analysis is needed in the application of neo-classical architecture in Mix Used buildings. The data collection method uses descriptive qualitative research by observing buildings directly and in detail on three case studies to obtain a result and conclusion. From the research results it is known that Da Vinci Penthouse has implemented about 80% of the principles of neo-classical architectural style. Keywords: architecture, mix used building, neo classicReferences
