ARSITEKTUR FUTURISTIK PADA PERENCANAAN PUSAT KEGIATAN AKTIFITAS MAHASISWA UMJ DI CIRENDEU

ABSTRAK. Perencanaan dan perancangan proyek ini bertujuan untuk memahami arti sebuah konsep perencanaan dan perancangan dalam pendidikan arsitektur dengan menyelaraskkan perkembangan kemajuan Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam aspek Pendidikan melalui desain sebuah “Pusat Aktifitas Mahasiswa UMJ di Cirendeu” yang berkonsep Islami serta terintegrasi dengan Universitas Muhamadiyah di Cirendeu. Lokasi proyek berada di kecamatan Ciputat Timur, dimana lingkungan sekitar tapak merupakan Sarana pendidikan. Konsep perancangan bangunan menggunakan gaya arsitektur Futuristik. Dalam tulisan ini diuraikan analisa-analisa maupun konsep desain arsitektur Futuristik melalui studi preseden student center, bangunan seni dan budaya dan gelanggang olahraga di kampus ITB dan Ausburn University. Diharapkan dengan adanya perencanaan Pusat Aktifitas Mahasiswa UMJ di Cirendeu ini akan menjadikan mahasiswa UMJ dapat menyalurkan hoby dan minatnya terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan positif serta menjadikan Universitas Muhamammadiyah Jakarta menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang unggul dalam segala hal, salah satunya fasilitas terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan non akademik di kampus.Kata Kunci: Pusat ,Aktifitas,Mahasiswa, Futuristik, Cirendeu, UMJ ABSTRACT. The planning and design of the project aims to understand the meaning of a concept of planning and design in architectural education by synchronizing progress of South Tangerang City in the aspect of education through the design of a "Student Activities Center UMJ Cirendeu" with the Islamic concept and integrated with Universitas Muhammadiyah in Cirendeu. The project location is in the district of Ciputat Timur, where the environment around the site support education. The concept of buiding design using Futuristic architectural styles. This paper describes and analyzes the concept Futuristic architecture design through precedent study student center, the building arts and culture and sports arena on the campus of ITB and Ausburn University. Hopefully, the planning and design of Student Activities Center UMJ in Cirendeu will make UMJ student’s hobby and interest channeled towards positive activities and make Universitas Muhamammadiyah Jakarta became one of the private universities that are excellent in every respect, especially on the facilities of non-academic activities on campus Keywords : Center, Activity, Student, Futuristic, Cirendeu, UMJ
