PENERAPAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR INDUSTRIAL PADA PERANCANGAN PUSAT PENGELOLAAN RUMPUT LAUT DI KABUPATEN WAJO
Abstract
ABSTRAK. Masyarakat Indonesia telah mengembangkan budidaya perairan yang melibatkan berbagai jenis rumput laut, seperti Eucheuma cottoni, yang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan di perairan Indonesia. Kabupaten Wajo merupakan daerah pengelola rumput laut pertama di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan data peningkatan dari tahun ketahun meningkat, pada penelitian ini menggunakan métode studi literatura, studi preseden serta studi lapangan atau observasi. Menanggapi hal tersebut dengan adanya pusat pengelolaan rumput laut dimana lokasinya berpusat pada Kecamatan Pammana dapat memberikan dampak baik dan penyaluran budidaya serta pengolahan berjalan lancar. Upaya perancangan pusat pengelolaan rumput laut dilandasi dari faktor-faktor tata guna lahan, aksebilitas, dekat dengan pusat industri lain, ketersedian fasilitas dan utilitas pengunjung, potensi, persebaran UMKM, pembudidaya rumput laut, dan eksport import. Penerapan konsep arsitektur industrial sebagaimana dalam indikator pencapaian dari segi pengeksposan struktur, penggunaan material alami, penggunaan warna-warna yang monokrom dapat dilakukan dengan pengaplikasian pada bangunan. Indonesian people have developed aquaculture involving various types of seaweed, such as Eucheuma cottoni, which has experienced significant development in Indonesian waters. Wajo Regency is the first seaweed management area in South Sulawesi province with increasing data from year to year. This research uses literature study methods, precedent studies and field studies or observations. Responding to this, the existence of a seaweed management center located in Pammana District can have a good impact and distribution of cultivation and processing will run smoothly. Efforts to design a seaweed management center are influenced by land use factors, accessibility, proximity to other industrial centers, availability of visitor facilities and utilities, potential, distribution of MSMEs, seaweed cultivators, and export, import. The application of the concept of industrial architecture as in terms of achievement indicators in terms of structural exposure, use of natural materials, use of monochrome colors can be done by applying it to buildings.
