KAJIAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR MODULAR PADA RUMAH SAKIT PUSAT PERTAMINA SIMPRUG, JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
ABSTRAK. Terdapatnya pemanasan global. Perlunya konsep arsitektur modular yang material yang ramah lingkungan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep arsitektur modular yang diterapkan pada Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina Simprug. Teori modular Le Corbusier dan teori arsitektur prefabrikasi Ryan E. Smith digunakan sebagai metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk variabel penelitian. Studi ini menemukan bahwa arsitektur modular telah diterapkan pada bangunan, setiap modul ruang maupun struktur prefabrikasi bangunan. Setiap ukuran modul ruang disesuaikan dengan pengguna dan berdasarkan skala manusia. Untuk struktur prefabrikasi, material prefabrikasi berbahan utama baja digunakan. Terlihat pada komponen struktural yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, semua komponen bangunan ini menggunakan komponen modular.

ABSTRACT. there is global warming. There is a need for a modular architectural concept with environmentally friendly materials. This study aims to understand the concept of modular architecture applied to the Pertamina Simprug Central Hospital. Le Corbusier's modular theory and Ryan E. Smith's prefabricated architectural theory are used as qualitative descriptive methods for research variables. This study found that modular architecture has been applied to buildings, each space module and prefabricated building structures. Each room module size is adjusted to the user and based on human scale. For prefabricated structures, prefabricated materials made from steel are used. It can be seen in the structural components used. Therefore, all components of this building use modular components.
