Abstract

ABSTRAK. Arsitektur modern membawa perubahan yang signifikan terhadap cara pandang terhadap desain bangunan. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur modern pada fasad Mal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur modern pada fasad Mal Ciputra Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menganalisa penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut pada Mal Ciputra Tangerang. hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini adalah Mal Ciputra Tangerang yang menjadi objek penelitian telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur modern pada bentuk fasad dan material fasad bangunan. Kata Kunci: arsitektur, fasad, mal, modern, prinsip ABSTRACT. Modern architecture brings significant changes to the way building design is perceived. The problem of this research is the application of the principles of modern architecture to the facade of the mall. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of modern architecture principles to the facade of Ciputra Mall Tangerang. The method used is descriptive-qualitative, analyzing the application of these principles in Ciputra Mall Tangerang. The result of this study is Ciputra Mall Tangerang which is the object of research has applied the principles of modern architecture in the form of facades and building facade materials. Keywords: architecture, facade, mall, modern, principle
