Abstract

Penggunaan konsep Hybrid ini sering ditemukan pada bangunan publik. Konsep ini tidak jarang ditemukan di bangunan yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat secara umum. Pada zaman kini muncul beberapa tipologi bangunan yang dianggap penting akan kehadirannya di sebuah kota atau kawasan yang memiliki tingkat kreativitas yang tinggi. Persaingan yang semakin ketat antar individu atau kelompok, menuntut seseorang untuk lebih kreatif dalam bertindak dan berfikir. Sehingga lahirlah kelompok atau komunitas industri kreatif yang membutuhkan wadah atau tempat berkreatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bangunan dengan tipologi Creative Hub memang menggunakan konsep arsitektur Hybrid dalam elemen fungsi maupun bentuk.Kata Kunci: Arsitektur, Arsitektur Hibrid, Pusat Kreatif
