PENERAPAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR UNIVERSAL PADA PUSAT HIBURAN DUNIA FANTASI

ABSTRAK. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat saat ini, dengan padatnya aktifitas dan tingginya tuntutan hidup serta tingkat stres dan kejenuhan membuat kebutuhan masyarakat akan hiburan bersama keluarga menjadi faktor penting. Masyarakat yang ingin menikmati hiburan datang dari berbagai kalangan yang memiliki keragaman usia tanpa batasan fisik, rentang usia, jenis kelamin, dan kemampuan dalam mengakses ruang publik, pada kenyataan banyak pusat hiburan yang belum menyediakan fasilitas yang reperentative untuk semua kalangan. Hal tersebut bisa diwujudkan dalam perencanaan dan perancangan bangunan melalui arsitektur universal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan memahami penerapan konsep dan prinsip universal pada pusat hiburan Dunia Fantasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan objek dari penelitian ini adalah pusat hiburan Dunia Fantasi. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini yaitu, ukuran dasar bangunan, jalur pedestrian, ramp, jalur evakuasi, toilet, area parkir dan fasilitas pendukung. Kata Kunci: arsitektur universal, dunia fantasi, pusat hiburan ABSTRACT. In today's society, with the density of activities and the high demands of life as well as the level of stress and boredom, people's need for entertainment with family becomes an important factor. People who want to enjoy entertainment come from various groups who have a variety of ages without physical limitations, age range, gender, and ability to access public spaces, in fact many entertainment centers have not provided reperentative facilities for all groups. This can be realized in the planning and design of buildings through universal architecture. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the application of universal concepts and principles at the Dunia Fantasi entertainment center. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method, while the object of this research is the Dunia Fantasi entertainment center. The conclusion of this study is the basic size of the building, pedestrian paths, ramps, evacuation routes, toilets, parking areas and supporting facilities.
