IMPLEMENTASI TEKNOLOGI WEBSITE SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI DAN PROMOSI PADA PERUSAHAAN PENGEMBANG PERUMAHAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi website sebagai media informasi dan promosi bagi perusahaan pengembang perumahan. Website ini dikembangkan untuk memudahkan perusahaan dalam menyampaikan informasi proyek, profil, serta kontak perusahaan kepada calon konsumen secara lebih efisien dan profesional. Metode Research and Development (R&D) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Hasil analisis kebutuhan diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pihak manajemen perusahaan, yang memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang fitur yang dibutuhkan, seperti halaman proyek, profil perusahaan, dan formulir kontak. Implementasi website ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterjangkauan informasi perusahaan tetapi juga berperan signifikan dalam membangun citra profesional dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Dengan demikian, penerapan teknologi website sebagai media promosi dan informasi efektif mendukung strategi pemasaran digital perusahaan.
